Keropok Lekor???

krupuk are usually made by grinding fish, prawn or a vegetable into a paste, mixing with sago and then deep-frying it. It comes in three main forms: keropok lekor which is long and chewy, keropok losong (steamed) and keropok keping which is thin and crispy. It is frequently served with dipping sauces. "Keropok Lekor" is a type of snack made from mostly fish (and some sago) that is mashed up into sausage-like shapes which will then be either fried as it is, or cut into thinner slices before frying to make them crispier. The best keropok lekor you can get will be from Terengganu where it has become a must for anyone visiting Terengganu to come back with bagfuls of fresh frozen un-fried keropok lekors.

Keropok lekor atau kerepok batang merupakan sejenis makanan tradisional pantai timur, khususnya di Terengganu yang terkenal. Keropok diperbuat daripada isi ikan laut dan campuran sagu dan sedikit garam. Terdapat juga keropok yang dicampurkan dengan tepong kanji. Keseluruhan ramuan tersebut akan diuli dan digentel panjang bertali, sebelum direbus didalam air panas.
